Merseyside Police have issued an urgent appeal to locate 10-month-old Layla Rose Wheeler, who has gone missing from the Wallasey Village area. Authorities believe she is with her father, Clifford Wheeler, and are concerned for the welfare of both individuals.

Layla is described as having short blonde hair and blue eyes. The public is asked to remain vigilant and report any sightings of the infant or her father.

Merseyside Police are urging anyone who spots Layla or Clifford Wheeler to immediately call 999.
