Man Dies in Biggin Hill Police Incident
Body of Missing Romford Man Found by Sister Weeks After Police Delay in Logging Report

A man in his 40s has died after being found unresponsive in a communal area of flats in Biggin Hill.

The incident occurred at Falcons Close, near Polesteeple Hill, at approximately 2:15 pm on July 28.

Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended the scene, but the man was pronounced dead shortly after their arrival. His family has been informed.

The death is currently being treated as unexpected and is under police investigation.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Officers are investigating following the death of a man in Biggin Hill. Police were called at 14:15 hrs on Sunday, 28 July to reports of a man found unresponsive in a communal area on Falcons Close. Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended. Sadly, the man, who is believed to be aged in his mid-40s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His family has been informed. The death is currently being treated as unexpected and is under investigation.”

The investigation is being led by detectives from the South Area Command Unit, which polices Bromley. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.

“Anyone with information is asked to call police via 101 quoting reference CAD 4062/28Jul,” the spokesperson added.
