Hughes was last seen around 9:00 AM in the St Anne’s Road area, and is believed to have visited a coffee shop on St Peter’s Street in Canterbury between 10:55 AM and 11:20 AM.
Patrick Hughes is described as a white male, approximately five feet eight inches tall, with white hair and a goatee-style beard. He has a medium build and was last seen wearing dark blue trousers, a blue t-shirt, and a light-coloured Trespass sun hat.
Hughes has known connections to Herne Bay, Whitstable, and Canterbury. Police are expressing growing concern for his welfare and are urging residents in these areas to be vigilant and check any outbuildings or seldom-used spaces where he might have sought refuge.
