Philip, who also has known connections in the Croydon area, suffers from mental health issues and has not been seen since March. His family is deeply concerned for his safety and well-being.
Philip’s neighbours have confirmed that they have not seen him since the last contact his family had with him in March. Efforts to reach him through various means have been unsuccessful, and his family is now seeking the public’s help in locating him.
His family describes him as extremely vulnerable due to his mental health conditions. They are doing everything they can to ensure his safety and are now turning to the community for assistance.
