Police have announced a significant development in the search for Kevin Blackwell, a 52-year-old man from Dymchurch on Romney Marsh, who has been missing for nearly a month.

Authorities extended their appeal, requesting dashcam footage from the public two days later.
Last week, investigators released CCTV footage of Mr. Blackwell, showing him apparently boarding a bus, leading to a widening of the search after confirming his connections to Dover.
Formal identification procedures are yet to take place, but police have informed Mr. Blackwell’s family about the discovery.
The body was found yesterday afternoon in the Dover area. Despite the grim discovery, police have stated that the death is not being treated as suspicious.
As the investigation continues, authorities are urging anyone with information pertinent to the case to come forward and assist in uncovering the circumstances surrounding Mr. Blackwell’s disappearance and subsequent discovery.
