Ross Toulson, 47, of no fixed abode, was issued with a sexual risk order on February 8, 2024, with conditions to notify police within three days of a home address or any premise in the UK where he regularly resides or stays.
He has been charged with failing to do this.
He appeared at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on May 7 and pleaded not guilty to the offence.
He has been bailed and is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court for trial on August 22.

“We take breaches of Sexual Risk Orders incredibly seriously and we will ensure that anyone who breaches an order is brought before the courts.”
