Holborn viaduct closed after concerns for Man Farringdon Street is closed to traffic in both directions and Holborn Viaduct bridge is closed to pedestrians southbound, whilst police attend an incident. A man is understood to be speaking to police. The man is in a very distressed state. Please allow police to do there job.
