Fire Crews Called To Coach Fire On A3 Near Petersfield
Two retained fire appliances from Petersfield and Bordon have been called after a coach caught fire on the busy A3 northbound carriageway near Petersfield. Fire crews wearing breathing apparatus tackled the blaze which had engulfed the rear engine compartment of the coach using a high pressure hose reel. It is thought that the crews managed to contain the blaze to the compartment and stop it from spreading.
