Police Name Woman Killed after Fatal Lorry Collision in Woolston Southampton

Police have released the name of the woman who died following a road traffic collision in Woolston last week. Enid Mavis Everill, 61, was involved in a collision with a lorry on Bridge Road, at 12.20pm on Friday, May 6. She was taken to Southampton General Hospital but died a short time later. Her family have today paid tribute to her. They said: “Enid, known to many as Mavis, was a well loved lady of the community. She was also a loving mum, nan and mother-in-law. “She was a very special lady who would help anyone. She never moaned or grumbled and never expected anything in return. <img title="uknip lorry hit5" src="http://uknip247.uknip.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/uknip-lorry-hit5.jpg" alt="uknip lorry hit5" width="8000 “All her family are lost without her and she will be sorely missed.” Officers are still investigating the exact circumstances of the collision and would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident.
