Man Faces Charges over Southampton Murder

Police this evening have charged a man with perverting the course of justice following his arrest on Friday. Detectives investigating the murder of Michael Freshwater in Southampton have charged a man with perverting the course of justice. Ashton Singh, 26, of Westridge Road, Southampton will appear at Southampton Magistrates Court on Tuesday, May 3. A second man who was arrested has been released without charge.
